Distribution

Order fulfillment and shipping are done under a systematic operational process. By following your shipping instructions and assuring an appropriate as well as cautious loading of your goods we are able to keep accurate and reliable inventory control.

Shipping to final destination

By sending your shipments to their final destination our customers can save unnecessary maneuvers on other distribution centers and achieve a more efficient logistic process. We will keep an accurate inventory control and prepare your shipments when they are required.

Cross-Docking

The Cross-Docking operation takes place on shipments that are transloaded from trailer to trailer without a warehouse storage operation. This is a very dynamic operation that assures a fast and reliable shipping of your goods.

Consolidation and Deconsolidation

Our distribution center can help your operation by receiving LTL (less than a Truck Load) and parcel shipments, consolidating them to prepare a FTL utilizing freight in a more efficient manner, likewise receiving FTL shipments and splitting them (De-consolidation) into LTL shipments to be shipped to final destination as per your instructions.

Kiting

Kits are prepared by placing several products in a single package according to our customer specifications, shipping them to final destination as required by the final consignee.

Labeling

Labels are prepared according to specific requirements. Our labeling software and product database are necessary tools to control this information. Different materials and different templates are used including all types of barcodes.

Order fulfillment

While we handle our customers’ inventory, your orders are prepared and shipped in a reliable and timely manner, updating you on your on hand inventory automatically every time an order is shipped.

Packing and repacking

To have a more efficient use of transportation and to utilize trailer capacity to the maximum degree sometimes it is convenient to transport products and packages separately. Our company will take care of the packing and prepare your shipment for final distribution.

Pick and pack

This operation requires a very specific selection of products one by one, packing them with care and precision before shipping when an order is placed.

Document attachment

Specific documents such as instruction manuals, guaranty polices, etc are printed and inserted with the finished products. Packing lists are inserted on the outside of the pallet.

Palletizing according to specifications

Pallets are prepared for protection of the products during transportation and handling. This includes pallet wrapping and corner protectors.

Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ)

In Bond shipments can stay at the border for fifteen days before being exported. If our customers want to keep them on the US for a longer time, the Foreign Trade Zone is a great alternative. Under FTZ status, an “In Bond” shipment can stay for an indefinite time and is considered as not being in the US.
